As a bilingual Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), I’m passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where you feel truly seen, heard, and understood.

I earned my master’s degree in Psychology from Carlos Albizu University in Miami, a program rooted in multicultural awareness and evidence-based practice. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working with diverse populations—from teens navigating identity and anxiety, to adults facing life transitions, relationship challenges, and emotional healing.

My approach is grounded in client-centered and humanistic principles. That means I believe in your inherent worth, your capacity for growth, and your right to set the pace of your journey. Therapy isn’t about fixing you—it’s about walking alongside you as you reconnect with your inner strength and clarity.
